10 Minute Fried Rice

Directions

Cook chicken with a little butter in your skillet, while cook peas and carrots in the microwave. Remove chicken from the pan and add tablespoon of butter. Sauté cooked peas and carrots in the pan with green onions and garlic. Once the green onions are tender, move vegetables to the side of the pan. Add in the egg, then scramble. Return chicken to skillet with cooked rice and soy sauce. Add protein if desired.
