Green Grain Bowl

Directions

Cook lentil, purple rice, and quinoa according to package instructions (I was able to get away with cooking these together in one pot). In a wok or large sauce pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add all veggies, add chicken-less seasoning salt and pepper, and sauté until tender. When just cooked, add lemon juice and stir to combine. Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Combine grain mixture, veggie mixture, and roasted pepitas, top with tahini dressing. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
